We’re set to expand our coworking offering into the retail space, partnering with Australia’s leading property group, Vicinity, to introduce a premium, four-storey coworking space at the Box Hill Central redevelopment.
This partnership marks the first foray into a retail precinct for us, creating an exciting new offering that offers unique hospitality-led customer experience to suburban members.
Located 15km east of the Melbourne CBD, our coworking space will occupy 4100 sqm of the Box Hill Central South retail precinct and will feature a range of suites, offices, and desks. Exclusive premium amenities will also be available to members, including a café, business lounge, media studio, and a member kitchen. The convenient location of the coworking space within the centre will provide members with easy access to transport options, on-site parking, and retail stores and services.
Work near home
There is a recent increased demand for hybrid work options and flexible office locations, giving us the opportunity to bring the office and retail space together in a unique work near home (WNH) offering. Such an offering will give workers the opportunity to access state-of-the-art office facilities and communities in suburban locations close to their homes.
