In an industry-first move for flexible workspace providers, Hub Australia has partnered with building owner and philanthropic organisation, the Paul Ramsay Foundation, for our recently launched Hub Building Hospitality service.

Our partnership with the Paul Ramsay Foundation lets us deliver a genuinely different workplace experience at Yirranma Place, the Foundation’s newly refurbished 3,400 square metre social purpose precinct located in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

What is Hub Building Hospitality?

In the move from remote work towards a more hybrid approach, employee expectations of what they want from a workspace have shifted. Workspaces now exist to provide an experience and offer services to occupants in a way that encourages collaboration, productivity, and happiness.

Many employers are now facing challenges in retaining top talent in their industries. As a result, they are turning to utilising flexible workspaces to provide an elevated workspace experience to their employees.

As one of the only flexible workspace providers specialising in the dual service offering, our Building Hospitality product provides a suite of hospitality-led services to building owners to create a premium experience and attract quality tenants looking to satisfy employee needs. Hub Building Hospitality can be provided as a branded service ‘by Hub’, or as a white label, unbranded option.

  • Parcel receipt, storage, and management
  • End-of-trip facility management and bicycle repair services

  • Building host/concierge services, including dry cleaning, local restaurant, theatre, and sport bookings

A snapshot of building hospitality: Yirranma Place, Sydney

Hub Australia worked closely with the Foundation to curate a suite of building hospitality services that respond to the needs of the Foundation’s team, partners, and purpose-aligned organisations using the building. One group of such users are various not-for-profit and social enterprise organisations who share the Foundation’s mission to break cycles of disadvantage in Australia.

Hub manages the workspaces and hospitality services across the building’s four levels, which include the Paul Ramsay Foundation HQ, the flexible working spaces, meeting and event spaces, breakout rooms, a rooftop terrace, and end-of-trip facilities. We’re also working with Two Good Co., a charity and social enterprise, who are operating a café and providing concierge and catering services at Yirranma Place.

Our dedicated onsite operations team delivers the overall workplace experience, including community programming, events management, facilities management, security and access control, and visitor and public guest management.

Hub Australia will continue to partner with progressive property owners like the Paul Ramsay Foundation to help create premium and engaging workplace experiences, meeting a range of demands from occupiers that go way beyond the simple provision of ‘space’.
