To support the migration that occurred over the peak of the pandemic into regional cities, and to address a gap in the regional market for A-Grade office space, we’re partnering with Colliers and Multipart Property to offer our premium level of flexible workspace to the ever-growing community of Newcastle.

A premium workspace experience in the heart of Newcastle

Set to open in 2025, Hub Newcastle will be our first venture into a regional city and our 16th site to date. Spanning across two floors and 2,650 square metres of space at the Bowline development in Wickham, the site will feature an in-house licenced café, concierge, meeting and event spaces, and amenities to support lifestyle and wellness at work, in addition to the flexible workspace.

Hub Newcastle will be a key part of the revitalisation of Newcastle’s CBD, given the NSW Government’s $650 million commitment to transform the area with the inclusion of a transport interchange and light rail service only moments away from the space.

Supporting regional employees and building tenants alike

Hub Newcastle comes as a welcome addition to the office space offering of Newcastle, as Sydney CBD-based businesses try to find hybrid workspaces to support employees who have moved regional.

The Bowline development will be made up of 10 floors of high-end accommodation and retail space to compliment Hub Newcastle, with our Building Hospitality services available to be used by residents and workers of the entire precinct. A recent addition to our product offering, Hub Building Hospitality offers a suite of hospitality-led services to building owners to create a premium experience and attract quality tenants.

“There has been a structural shift in the world of work, with occupiers of leased space and flexible workspace having much higher expectations of amenity and workspace services than ever before. Adding flexibility, great amenity, and a level of service not currently provided anywhere in the Newcastle market will really set the Bowline development apart.”
