Yoni Cukierman

Yoni has over a decade of experience across private investments, M&A, strategy, financing, and capital markets. Yoni previously held positions at Credit Suisse and Toll Group, in Australia and Singapore. Yoni completed his MBA at IE Business School, where he graduated summa cum laude and led the private equity association.

Matthew Danos is the Managing Director of James Richardson Investments, the private investment arm of the JR/Group providing for a diversified global portfolio. Matthew has over a decade of experience as a lawyer and investor in real estate, private debt and equity markets, funds management and financial services.

Independent Non-Executive Chairman/Non-Executive Director

Darren Smorgon is Managing Director of Sandbar Investments, a family office that is a substantial investor in Hub. He is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed organisations oOh!media and Total Drain Cleaning, Chairman of ASX-listed Swift Media, and on the advisory committee of the Social Ventures Australia social impact fund.

Philippa Kelly is a full-time non-executive director and brings over 25 years of experience in property, finance and operations to her role on Hub Australia’s board. Philippa is Chair of Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC), a non-executive director of oOH!media (ASX:OML) and Deputy Chancellor of Deakin University. She is also an independent consultant to AustralianSuper’s Property and Direct Private Credit investment teams.

Brad Krauskopf is the Founder and CEO of Hub Australia and has an international reputation as one of the pioneers of coworking in the region, and shaping the industry in Australia. He is also the founding co-chair of Flexible Workspace Australia, the peak national industry body for flexible workspace. Brad’s family background is in the hospitality industry and prior to Hub he has founded and grown successful businesses in the technology and events management industries. Qualifications include MBA, B.Com & B.Eco
