Accessibility at Hub Martin Place

Hub Martin Place is located on Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 of 44 Martin Place, Sydney. To help you plan your visit, we’ve put together this accessibility guide including information on parking, lifts, toilet facilities, and moving around the space.

Parking

There is paid street parking on Martin Place and in the Wilsons Angel Place Car Park located at 123 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. There are also other secure car parks located in the area.

Entrance

The main entrance to our space via Martin Place is accessible. The entrance is level, with a slight ramp into the entry. The main entrance has sliding doors, with an accessible door on the left hand side.

Lifts

The lifts in the lobby and the carpark are equipped with ample circulation space and provide access to all levels of Hub.

Toilet and Shower Facilities

There are unisex accessible bathrooms, showers and baby change rooms located on every level of Hub. There is additionally an accessible toilet in both the male and female end-of-trip.

Desks

A range of adjustable desks are provided throughout the workspace. Adjustable desks may be available for offices on request, however they may come with an additional cost. The desks located in the meeting rooms are not adjustable.

Access to Areas

All meeting rooms, the member kitchen, member areas, and café are fully accessible. The kitchen and tea points are provided with ample circulation space, however, no accessible under bench space is provided.

Hearing Augmentation

All meeting rooms have the capacity for a microphone and speakers. A hearing loop system is provided in the workshop space.
