At Hub, we know workplace wellness goes beyond yoga classes and meditation apps. Through our partnership with Unyoked and our WorkWell program, we’ve been redefining how businesses can support their teams—prioritising experiences that foster both rest and productivity in a meaningful way.
Even a CEO Needs to Switch Off
When our CEO and Founder, Brad Krauskopf, spent 24 hours off-grid with Unyoked, he planned a structured retreat. But nature had other ideas. Grinding coffee beans by hand, journaling between deep moments of rest, and embracing the stillness, he quickly found himself in a different rhythm. One that encouraged instinctive balance rather than rigid planning.
The impact? More than just a refreshed mindset. Data from his stay showed increased REM sleep, improved heart rate variability, and reduced wakefulness—proof that disconnecting, even briefly, can have tangible benefits.
A Holistic Approach to Wellbeing
Brad’s experience echoes the core philosophy behind WorkWell, our program dedicated to supporting mental, social, and physical wellbeing. Moving beyond tick-box wellness initiatives, WorkWell fosters meaningful, ongoing support for our members through:
- Regular WorkWell events & activations – National series leveraging partnerships that go beyond traditional wellbeing, covering financial health, tools, and resources to support our member families and communities.
- Regular social events – Including our signature RISE and RELAX events along with our annual WorkWell week, championing all we have achieved throughout the year.
- Wellness-focused spaces – Quiet zones, move rooms, end-of-trip facilities, and parents’ spaces.
- Brand partnerships – Collaborations with leaders like Endota, Unyoked & T2 to provide real wellbeing experiences
These initiatives are designed to elevate wellbeing for members are within Hub Clubhouses, while our exclusive partnership with Unyoked offers the ability to focus on wellbeing while away from the office, too.
A New Perspective on Workplace Wellness
Too often, workplace wellness is treated as an afterthought. At Hub, we take a long-term approach—listening to our community, integrating feedback, and evolving our initiatives to ensure meaningful impact.
Brad’s time with Unyoked is a reminder that true wellbeing isn’t about ticking a box—it’s about creating experiences that help people reset and thrive. Whether through time in nature or thoughtfully designed workspaces, we’re committed to ensuring our members have the space, tools, and support they need to be at their best.
