In exciting news for Adelaide’s business community, Hub Australia is set to almost triple the size of its flexible workspace footprint in Adelaide this October.
After growing Adelaide’s best business community over 7 years at 5 Peel Street, Hub has listened to the demand of Adelaide’s businesses and seen the growth of current scaling members and has prioritised an expansion of its Adelaide offering.
Hub’s new address
Hub Adelaide is relocating to the historic ‘Pirie House‘, located at 89 Pirie Street and set behind Pirie House’s 1878 heritage façade, which has recently undergone a multimillion-dollar refit by landlord and builder, Pelligra Group.
The new site is set to be the city’s most upmarket flex space, complete with sophisticated amenities, future-ready technology, and lifestyle facilities when it opens in October.
Built in 1878 as South Australia’s first German Club, the stunning and sprawling building has long been a historic feature of Adelaide’s CBD, transforming over the years and welcoming Adelaide’s community as both the German Club and Salvation Army’s ‘People’s Palace’.
More space for Adelaide’s best businesses
Hub Adelaide will welcome approximately 350 members across almost 2,000 square metres of premium flexible workspace, a significant growth from Peel Street’s existing 760 square metres of space.
The larger space will also facilitate the expansion of existing and new members, with office spaces at the current location consistently in use. As member businesses continue to scale, the new Hub Adelaide location will provide offices and suites of a range of sizes, along with premium amenities and additional spaces to help their success.
Hub is already taking enquiries for the upcoming space, with prospective members encouraged to reach out to Hub’s friendly team to discuss their requirements.
Current Hub Adelaide members including PEXA and Xero are already looking to their future growth in Hub’s new location.
“Our existing space has been happily occupied at full capacity every year since opening in 2013, so we know Hub’s flexible product and hospitality-led service is well received by the Adelaide market. We’re driving an expansion that will deliver best-in-business amenities across three storeys in the heart of Adelaide.”
– Hub Australia CEO and Founder Brad Krauskopf
A change in workspace approach
From scaling start-ups to larger corporates, Adelaide executives are recognising the need to embrace flexible workspaces as a tool in their mission to attract and retain talented staff.
By offering all-inclusive monthly pricing, an in-house café, member kitchen, premium end-of-trip facilities, and much more, Hub continues to offer amazing value to businesses that value workplace experience and ease of operations.
A foray into hybrid leasing
89 Pirie Street’s landlord and builder Pelligra Group has entered into an innovative partnership with Hub Australia, undertaking a hybrid lease arrangement.
“Hub has made a conscious decision enter into partnerships with progressive property owners like Pelligra, who see the value that Hub can bring to our customers and to all tenants within the building.”
– Hub Australia’s Chief Property Officer, John Preece
Premium design for Adelaide’s newest office space
With a fitout designed by MMoser featuring flexible spaces, dedicated desks,

Current members will move to the site in mid-September, with new members welcomed to Hub Adelaide’s new location from October.
