Designed by award-winning architects Hassell, Hub Martin Place is located across three floors. You’ll find a serviced café and bar open to all tenants of the buildings, bookable meeting spaces, and a range of desks, offices, and suites.
Sustainability remains at the core of the offering, with the building designed to achieve a number of ‘green’ targets, including a 5-Star NABERs Base Building Energy rating and 4-Star Green Star Design and As Built rating.
