24th May 2021

Hub Australia has been recertified as a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row as part of the ‘Great Places to Work’ program.

“96% of employees at Hub Australia say it is a great place to work compared to 55% of employees at a typical Australia-based company.”
– GPTW, 2021

The team at Hub work each day to provide premium workspaces, amenities, services, and experiences to businesses and professionals around Australia, with nine locations currently operational.

As a company focused on creating great experiences for members, Hub’s leaders have always prioritised creating an equally high-quality experience for their own team, knowing that when people love where they work they help their customers love it as well.

What is the Great Place to Work program?

Run by a global organisation, Great Place To Work specialises in employee engagement and organisational alignment, and how they affect high-performance workplace cultures.

The study involves an in-depth assessment process, surveying staff members and undertaking a comprehensive cultural audit that inspects internal processes, communications and procedures, acknowledgment initiatives, diversity, hiring practices, and more.

All feedback is anonymised and provided to the business to guide their internal practices, procedures, and decisions as they move forward.

“We’re excited to be certified for the third year in a row, proving our staff are equally passionate about our work. As a B Corp and carbon neutral certified business, GPTW has offered us accountability and helped us learn more.”
– Brad Krauskopf, Hub Australia CEO and Founder
