Hub Australia will significantly expand the size of its flexible workspace site, Hub Anzac Square, to make it their largest offering in the country and accommodate up to 830 members (up 25%).
The addition of a full floor of the new premium workspace will evolve Hub Anzac Square to five-storeys, meeting the growing demand for flexible office space in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
Hub Australia CEO and Founder Brad Krauskopf said: “We’ve created Hub Australia’s largest site in Brisbane as we expect more businesses will be drawn to the vibrant city’s stable and resilient commercial market. Despite some recent COVID-19 restrictions in southeast Queensland, the appetite for high-end, engaging and versatile workspace is strong and we’ve already seen significant enquiry from small businesses through to large corporates.
“Hub ANZAC Square has been happily occupied at a high capacity every year since opening in 2018, so we know our flexible product and hospitality-led service is well received by the Brisbane market.”
