Speak Up - Whistleblowing

At Hub Australia, we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all our operations. As a B Corp certified company, we prioritise integrity, transparency, and social responsibility, ensuring that we conduct business in a way that benefits our team, our members, the community, our suppliers, and the environment.

What is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is about reporting concerns about unethical, illegal, or improper conduct.

Hub Australia encourages any person(s), including team members, to report issues where they have reasonable grounds to believe that a Company director, officer, team member, contractor, supplier, consultant or other person who has business dealings with Hub Australia has engaged in conduct which you believe is:

  • Dishonest, fraudulent or corrupt;
  • Illegal (such as theft, dealing in or use of illicit drugs, violence or threatened violence and criminal damage to property);
  • Unethical, including any breach of the Company’s policies such as the Code of Ethics;
  • Oppressive or grossly negligent;
  • Potentially damaging to the Company, its team members or a third party;
  • Misconduct or an improper state of affairs;
  • A danger or represents a danger to the public or financial system;
  • Harassment, discrimination, victimisation or bullying.

Who can make a complaint?

Hub Australia encourages anyone to speak up if they witness or suspect any improper behaviour within our organisation. We are committed to handling all reports confidentially and ensuring those who come forward are protected from retaliation. Reports can be made by anyone who is, or has been any of the following:

  • Team Members
  • Director
  • Officer
